Given Patreon's ridiculous new terms due to CC companies, rather than fight to see what I can and can't post, I'm trying out a different platform. While I will continue to post to Patreon until given a reason not to, Substar will be prioritized. I have already posted a chunk of work, both on and not on Patreon
Do note that SS requires a direct link to your bank, so I understand if that seems daunting. Additionally, to account for fees and inflation, I am updating my tiers which can be viewed in the attached image.
Supporters will still see my content first, but I may refrain from sharing specific pieces on Patreon if I feel it'll get me bonked. This is all incredibly stupid and I wish I didn't have to do this.
Your SS subscription is set to charge the day you pledge. So if you pledge on the 15th, you will be charged again on the 15th of the following month instead of the 1st like on Patreon. That said, I understand it may seem off-putting to announce this a few days after being charged on Patreon. I needed to secure rent as I was running low on funds. Lastly, you are by no means obligated to switch, but I greatly appreciate the continued support.π
ps: I wouldn't be surprised if Patreon yelled at me for this post.
