Hello, everyone!
I hope you are healthy and feeling well.
Some of you know that I got the Covid virus again and now I'm back in action. This time it was just a cold and if I hadn't done a test for the virus, I wouldn't even have imagined I had it.
My illness has slowed down work on the supplement a bit, but it hasn't stopped it.
Let me tell you what I'm working on right now.
As you know, due to the fact that part of my team is in a rather difficult situation, work on the main project has been temporarily suspended.
I decided to take one of the side quests and make it the main storyline of the addition to our project.
In short about the project, you play as a military pilot of the imperial fleet, which crashes on an unknown planet, and your task is to wait for the rescue ship. The ship won't come in a couple of hours, so you have to make yourself comfortable on the planet.
I love survival games. That's why I added survival mechanics to this project. But the survival system will be simple enough. I did not make a complicated system of crafting, disease hero and hostile NPC. After all, the game is a little bit about something else.
While you're waiting for the rescue team, you can do whatever you want. Basically, I want to make a little survival sandbox.
By the time the rescuers arrive, you decide for yourself whether you want to go back to civilization or stay on the planet and continue to build your own world.
The game is quite player friendly and does not require being under constant stress. It is possible to die in the game, but this is more likely to happen due to a ridiculous accident than otherwise. In any case, even if you die, your ship's system has a copy of your DNA and you will be cloned again. So you can find your corpse and retrieve your lost items.
Also, I know from my own experience in the game industry that half of the players prefer to play as female characters. But it takes a lot of time to make a storyline (or, even more laboriously, an animation) for two characters of different genders. Because you have to do double work, which will take twice as much time.
Therefore, I decided to add to the game robot helper in the form of a girl. First of all, you can always give her a good fuck. Secondly, I want to switch between the characters, which will allow you to play as two characters at the same time.
The main storyline will remain with the main character, but if you want to play as the slutty android, you can easily switch to her and get a separate storyline not related to the main character.
This will add more variety to the game and save a lot of time to remake existing content.
At this point, I'm completely done working on the main character. All appearance modifications and basic clothes are ready and optimized in the game world.

The main emphasis I want to put on the diversity of living things and interaction with them.
But not to load the map and your computers (everyone has a different system and I'm not sure that most computers will hold a lot of graphics), I will add a system of portals like "Stargate" through which you can get into new worlds.
This will allow you to hunt new creatures and bring them home.

What to do with the new humanoids I think you'll figure out on your own. My task is to give you a large number of tools to interact with the world, and you yourself will think up how to use these tools.
Anticipating any questions on the subject of sex, I want to say at once - in the game you can fuck anyone from a monkey to a man.
Now let's move on to the question of project implementation.
At the moment I spent a lot of time on finalizing the mechanics of the project and I can say that now there is everything you need to live in this game world.
Of course I didn't create a bunch of worlds with their inhabitants (because each new kind of creature requires separate work on them), but my goal at this stage is to have the product come out in the open world completely ready to use.
Therefore I paid attention to survival mechanics, artificial intelligence of wild creatures and other things that will make the game a complete product.
I want to release updates that will add new functionality and content to the game, rather than taking a lot of time to complete the initial functionality.
How much work has been done and when can we expect the first version of the project?
In fact, already in the first version of the game you can pass it completely and live up to the arrival of the rescuers. New versions of the game will add more content (humanoids and stories) to the game world.
At the moment the game has implemented all the basic mechanics of survival (eating, sleeping, crafting, etc.). There is a change of time of day and seasons.

In order not to complicate the life of the protagonist, I did not make temperature changes and other things because of the change of climate (although I really wanted to).
The protagonist is fully prepared to survive and I only had to finalize a few animations of interaction with objects and check the location for bugs. I also added a customization of the main character's appearance and will show it to you later, after I finish working on the visual part of the start menu.
AI of animals is fully ready and has passed all tests. Animals have their own cycle of life including hunger and thirst. They reproduce and die of old age. The next stage of work on the animals will be to optimize them per square kilometer.
Now my tasks are to create starter weapons (weapons will be added with new creature types).
Weapons you will need for resource extraction and hunting.
I'm going to be crafting different types of weapons, but at the start there will be primitive weapons from the items around you.
I also have to finish your android helper and interaction with it. I have some ideas on how to make the android's interactions interesting and I need some time to experiment.
I will let you know the results, of course.
When is the project worth waiting for?
Most of the work (80%) is done and works without any obvious bugs.
It remains to finish missing animations, add graphics (icons and menus), add missing objects and NPS.
I think it will take a couple of months to finish the remaining 20% and test the project for bugs.
Every stage of development I will post here.
I also have a roadmap which I will post later. This is where I have all the milestones for each version of the project. As soon as I have more free time I will make and publish the site with the roadmap.
The Hunter was originally a small quest for the lone warrior in your colony. He was supposed to catch humanoids on the Pandorium and sell them to Rourke or Monk.
But as things stood, this quest became a full-fledged game. And instead of just catching humanoids, you have to train them, which will affect their price. Also, there's nothing stopping you from building your own colony with Blackjack and hookers, where pirates and thrill seekers will fly in to have some fun.

"Hunter" is a story taking place in the same universe of the world of Pandorium and runs parallel to the events of the main game.
I am interested in your opinion. Would you like to intertwine characters from the main game (Marina, Oli, Jane, Rourke, etc.) with the Hunter? I look forward to hearing from you in the comments.
That's all I wanted to say at this point. It's a lot of text, so I hope you weren't bored.
Have a nice day! See you soon!
