Reward Tiers Edited for Sales Tax Changes

So I've just edited my reward tiers for those who are in the united states. Patreon has informed you (and I) that sales tax will be collected in addition to the specified value of your pledge. They all offer these three perks:

1. General Support

2. Behind the Scenes Access

3. Exclusive Content

Because I am using "Per Paid Creations" as opposed to "Monthly" it is likely all of your donation will be sales-taxable if your state is wanting a piece of the action. But just in case not all of it is ultimately taxable, I chose the recommended even split for these free perks. This means there's a small chance only 34% will get added sales tax. This is up to your local state.
