Status Update

Here's a little update.. A couple of days ago I had taken the bandages off of my arm. I had frozen shoulder. That is reduced mobility that happens when you take someone over 40 years old and immobilize their arm for a week. This is completely normal and was expected. I've been stretching my arm and each day I got a bit more mobility.
I still had some soreness.. Different from the original dislocation. This wasn't the burning pain that came from tendons and muscles getting pinched between bones. This was very minor that I believe was just tendons that shortened while they were immobilized.
Today I was writing and I am currently nearly done with the 2nd to last ending of the story. I can't wait for you all to get this.. I really went above and beyond here. :) Anyway...
I was writing just a few minutes ago and I decided to move myself a bit by pressing my left arm down on the seat and lifting myself up. When I did this I heard and felt a little click in my shoulder. And I suddenly felt FANTASTIC! It became immediately clear to me that my arm wasn't quite seated in it's socket until just now. I was able to move my arm more than before, and with zero pain.
So I think the best thing to do is to once again bandage the arm up and immobilize it for a couple more days. As you can see I am still able to type and I expect to have this ending done in an hour or so.
I just wanted to share with you what happened just now. More to come soon. I feel so GREAT! :D
EDIT: Ending completed. One more to go!
