New Stage Development Update

Hello, this is Redspike.

It’s been a while since I last shared a development update.

I’m glad to finally bring you some news — a new labyrinth with a fresh concept is slowly coming together, and it’s getting close to a stage where I can start showing it off.

The labyrinth I’m currently working on is something I’ve wanted to add since the early days of development. It’s always been one of those stages I felt had to be included someday.

New Labyrinth

This new labyrinth is set underwater and is designed to offer a different gameplay experience from the previous stages.

Unlike earlier labyrinths, this one focuses on giving the player more freedom to move around.

I’m designing the map with exploration in mind, aiming to make the underwater environment feel more open and enjoyable to explore.

There will also be various new monsters, environmental hazards, and special mechanics that are unique to this underwater stage.

Because of this, the overall gameplay here should feel noticeably different from what you’ve played so far.

New Monsters

New monsters that live in the underwater labyrinth are also being worked on.

Just like the enemies you’ve seen before, these monsters won’t rely on simple attack patterns.

Each one is being designed with unique behaviors and distinctive attack styles to give them their own personality.

In addition to the new stage, some new monsters will also be added to existing stages,

so I hope you’ll look forward to that as well.

About Steam release

Additionally, I’d like to share an update regarding the Steam release.

Nakara’s wishlist count on Steam has been growing faster than I expected, which I’m incredibly grateful for.

Because of this, my publisher and I have been discussing how to give Nakara the best possible chance on Steam.

After careful consideration, we decided that participating in Steam Next Fest, which will be held in February next year, would be meaningful—even if it means adjusting the release schedule slightly.

As a result, the Steam version of Nakara is now planned for release in early March.

I know this means a bit more waiting for those of you who are looking forward to the Steam version, and I truly appreciate your patience.

I hope that Steam Next Fest will allow us to introduce Nakara to many more players.

I’ll keep sharing development updates as work continues.

Your interest and support really mean a lot to me.

Thank you, as always.

This looks quite cool also is there any plans for an unlock everything button for lazy people that unlocks all the h scenes?
