Only the "Cafe group" (Erika and Alexia), Emma (at the beach), and the ladies who learned about it in the kitchen know about they being together once again. And Eva and Amanda, obviously. Scarlett could have told her after she learned about it at the airport, but she was silent about it. If they don't say something like that on camera (or it's mentioned in a scene, like Emma's with Eileen and Erika), the girls don't tell each other what they know.

He knows too well how Erika and Daphne grew up (and it wasn't even a choice made by their "father") so he will be there for his kids. The "sperm donor" type of father is despicable for him (not the real sperm donors) and he won't fall in that trap. He will even maneuver to manage the company from home as much as he can. He will miss part of the girls' (first) pregnancies, but he won't miss his kids first steps.

(disclaimer - I've had the joy of having to deal with how messed up the psyche of one of my best friends growing up got from having a "sperm donor"-class father. She continously blamed herself for "not being lovable enough" for something that happened months before she was even born. Hence my ... rather unapologetic views on that class)
