Almost anything can be had for the right price, or sometimes the wrong price, depending on one's prowess at negotiation. A discount alchemist sells expired potions on the cheap for the more frugal-minded adventurers willing to take a chance to save a penny. The encamped barbarians are willing to trade in hides, both common and rare, and are adept at crafting armor and clothing should adventurers require works made of special materials. There's also plenty of places to rest, whether staying at the inn, renting a tent, or slinging a hammock in an alleyway.
