New Academy Exploration, Extras Zone, Music Room & More

In this post I’ll be sharing new previews and comparisons of my most recent work on the remake. I’ll also talk a bit about the new "Extras" section, which in the original game was called "Multimedia."

After Rachel’s introduction, Clyde arrives at Lionheart Academy. For both him and the player, this will represent a more extensive exploration compared to previous maps.
You’ll now have the chance to visit more sections of the Academy, as well as interact with new secondary characters.

Here I’m also showing you some of the new characters who will be part of the Academy.

I haven’t worked on this scene yet, but I plan for Alune’s introduction to have two different possibilities.
During this exploration, if we’re curious, we’ll be able to access the rooftop of the Academy. A place where, according to Rachel, nobody usually goes. But there, we’ll find a lonely, shy, and insecure girl. We’ll be able to talk to her and try to figure out what’s going on with her.
If this doesn’t happen —that is, if the player doesn’t find Alune— then Elaria will introduce her to us the next day.

But if you meet her the first way, Alune will become more interested in us, or hold us in higher regard.

Just with this extended exploration moment, I still have a lot of work ahead. Once it’s finished, the story will move on to class time. And when that ends, we’ll get a private moment with Siri where we’ll talk about what happened with Satanichia.

Besides these scenes, I’ve also been very busy with what I’ll be showing you next.

As you may remember, this is what the "Multimedia" section looked like in the original game. It also had that blocked option "Coming soon," which was meant to be a placeholder for a future Music Room.

Now, here’s how the new "Extras" section looks in WOD:Re.

Of course, almost all the sections you see there are currently empty. But I plan to work on all of these additions:

• Encyclopedia

• CG Gallery (unlockable images)

• Memories (H-scene replays)

• Trophies

• Jukebox (Music Room)

• Quizzes

• Fan Arts

• Hall of Fame

The good news is that the Music Room is finally a reality. Here’s a preview.

Songs will initially be locked, but as you encounter them in the story, you’ll unlock them in the Music Room. This will also be part of the collectible content in the game.

I still have two more updates to share.

The first one is to let you know that the new Itchio page for the remake is already finished. For now it’s in restricted access mode, meaning it’s not yet available since there isn’t an official version of the remake either.

But the most important thing is that the page is done, and I truly feel my effort was worth it, because I’m more than satisfied with the result.
In addition to the page design, I also prepared new previews and wallpapers to share, where you can appreciate the beauty and essence of each of the girls.

The last update is that this month there haven’t been, and won’t be, polls for the next monthly wallpaper, since I’ll be sharing the wallpapers I’ve been working on.
It’s worth noting that these wallpapers will only be available temporarily for Apostle tier Patrons and above; afterwards, they’ll become part of the WOD Archive.

En este post les compartiré nuevos vistazos y comparativas de mi trabajo más reciente en el remake. También les hablaré un poco sobre la nueva zona de "Extras", que en el juego original se llamaba "Multimedia".

Luego de la presentación de Rachel, Clyde llega a la Academia Lionheart. Y tanto para él como para el jugador, esto representará un momento de exploración un poco más extenso en comparación con mapas anteriores.
Ahora tendrán la oportunidad de visitar más secciones de la Academia, así como también interactuar con nuevos personajes secundarios.

Aquí también les muestro a algunos de los nuevos personajes que formarán parte de la Academia.

Aún no he trabajado en dicha escena, pero planeo que la presentación de Alune tenga dos posibilidades diferentes.
En este momento de exploración, si somos curiosos, podremos acceder a la azotea de la Academia. Un lugar donde, según Rachel, nadie suele ir. Pero allí habrá una chica solitaria, tímida e insegura. Podremos hablar con ella para intentar saber qué le sucede.
En el caso de que esto no ocurra, es decir, que el jugador no encuentre a Alune, entonces Elaria la introducirá al día siguiente.

Pero hacerlo de la primera forma hará que Alune se interese más en nosotros o nos tenga en mayor estima.

Solo con este momento de exploración extenso, aún me queda mucho trabajo por hacer. Una vez terminado, se procederá al tiempo de clase. Y cuando ese momento finalice, entonces tendremos un momento a solas con Siri, donde hablaremos sobre lo que sucedió con Satanichia.

Además de estas escenas, también he estado muy ocupado con lo próximo que les enseñaré.

Como recordarán, esto es lo que se veía al entrar en la zona de "Multimedia" en el juego original. Allí también estaba esa opción bloqueada de "Coming soon", la cual era un placeholder para una futura Music Room.

Vale, ahora así es como se ve la nueva zona de "Extras" en WOD:Re.

Por supuesto, todas las secciones que ven ahí de momento están vacías. Pero planeo trabajar en todos esos añadidos:

• Galería CG (imágenes desbloqueables)

• Memorias (escenas H replay)

• Trofeos

• Jukebox (Music Room)

• Quizzes

• Fan Arts

La buena noticia es que la Music Room finalmente es una realidad. Aquí les dejo un vistazo.

Las canciones estarán inicialmente bloqueadas, pero a medida que vayan encontrándolas en la historia, las irán desbloqueando en la Music Room. Así que esto formará también parte del contenido coleccionable del juego.

Aún tengo otras dos novedades más para comentarles.

Lo primero es decirles que ya está lista la nueva página en Itchio del remake. De momento está en modo de acceso restringido, es decir, no está disponible ya que tampoco hay una versión oficial del remake.

Pero lo más importante es que ya está terminada, y siento que mi esfuerzo valió la pena, porque el resultado me deja más que satisfecho.
Además del diseño de la página, también me encargué de preparar nuevas previews y wallpapers para compartir, donde se puede apreciar la belleza y esencia de cada una de las chicas.

La última novedad es que este mes no ha habido ni habrá encuestas para el siguiente wallpaper mensual, ya que compartiré estos wallpapers en los que he estado trabajando.
Cabe destacar que estos wallpapers solo estarán disponibles de manera temporal para Patreons tier Apostle y superiores, luego pasarán a formar parte del WOD Archive.
