Finally, I have finished Lord of Slaughter. I painted it for Resin Beast 2021 contest organized by Creature Caster. I hope you like it;)

Thank you, it depends on what kind of models I paint. Usually, I follow existing shapes on the miniature. For example, if the leg has a longitudinal shape the patterns are also like this shape. If the surface is flat without existing shapes, the direction of patterns can show what is the most important for our eyes.
