I remember when I first watched it, I thought the reason Daki was going to be defeated so easily because it was going to pivot to a huge problem of Nezuko going out of control, and I was really afraid for her at that point. Interesting observation on the demon pair of siblings contrasting with Tanjiro and Nezuko.

2023-10-04 05:45:21 +0000 UTCNext episode you can watch already the opening. People just wanted you to avoid seeing Gyutaro that is shown really fast in one scene. My favorite episode of this season is the next one, because Ufotable going again Unlimited Budget Works on that episode =)

2023-10-03 23:44:54 +0000 UTCWell truthfully that transformation happened already in episode 1 of Demon Slayer when Tanjiro wrestled with her in the snow. So no it's not a copy of Daki. I think people forget she is the 2nd oldest after Tanjiro and as she can turn to child form, it's very logical she can turn to adult form and grow in size too, which is my own understanding what happened in this episode. In the end it's been very low sexulisation of Nezuko in the whole show, for Japanese anime. They don't care about our over reaction to these things. That said the chest zoom scene could have been skipped and just shown her overall form without the chest zoom.

2023-10-03 22:17:13 +0000 UTCAnd I also want to mention I agree with your points on the sexualising nezuko situation. My head reasoning was that nezuko was imitating daki and simply copying her body type to face her, but it is definitely a thing with this anime. I just try and look past it
