But yeah, while I'm sure some covens have vows of celibacy, I haven't read about any. And the Emperor needs more soldiers. It's just those ladies kinda have a bit different levels of devotion lol. But I know the Cain books ha e mention of guardsmen, PDF and Sisters flirting a lot. He doesn't just because he want to avoid the Emperor worshipers.
