Talim SC4 and CDLC updates

Talim SC4 mod has been updated:
- The golden parts of the pants were glowing at night. Changed the whole material and fixed it.
- Other minor fixes (a little seam fixed, a little change in the color slots and such).
- Added an import file for Vodkalibur (Thanks Maulclaw).
- Changed the strings file so it can benefit from a Vodkalibur feature. Now you can copy the text and when you press the "+" button, all strings will be added with all the info. Only the thumbnails must be added manually. (Thanks Maulclaw).
Regarding this last point, I've added this info to the Vodkalibur Tutorial (which has been updated since I wrote it).
I also updated a few of the last CDLC mods with these strings:
- Breakable Clothes (Because I used this one for the Vodkalibur Tutorial).
- 2B Destroyable Costume.
- Ivy Soul Calibur IV.
- Ivy Soul Calibur IV Breakable.
I'll try to update other CDLC mods with these strings little by little.
