Ivy Soul Calibur IV updates

I've updated my Ivy Soul Calibur IV and Ivy Soul Calibur IV Breakable mods.
- Edited default colors: The items have directly the original colors, including the regular character.
- Right hand fixed: Had to edit the full arm item, so there are little changes there too.
- Added CDLC version: Includes strings for all items, included damaged items so you can start the fight with the damaged inner clothes if you want. Thumbnails included.
Ivy_SC4_CDLCRegular_P.pak applies the CDLC items to the regular Ivy (the breakable mod has three different versions, select one of them). - Other minor tweaks.
