2024-05-28 04:43:31 +0000 UTCsmall nitpick! it's implied vaulttec planned to drop bombs, but it's uncertain they actually were the ones to do it. with the ghoul's daughter being in the middle of a bday party and not safely underground when the nukes drop, considering his wife's high position at vault tec, implies they were caught off gaurd too.
