RttS: More Shyam and Talita Scribbling
Added 2021-07-21 05:39:38 +0000 UTCStill no visdev artwork to report, so another selection from the hoard of scribble comics. People seemed enthusiastic about seeing these two kiss on social media, so Patreon gets an additional kiss scene. It just makes sense.
Though, this particular comic is mostly Vague Plot Spoilers for yet another book I'm years and years out from writing-- so also no guarantee this will actually end up IN a book . But it's got more of that giddy new-couple energy, and takes place in microgravity so that's fun. Enjoy?

2022-01-01 07:09:54 +0000 UTCThe average centaur would probably be less interested in smashing faces together in this specific way than Talita, but that whole area is highly innervated just like the lips and face on humans, so, the effect is over all pretty similar. Kissing the end of the trunk would work too, it would have a little more of the fine dexterity and vacuum seal ability of a human mouth. Centaurs who are not Talita would probably express romantic affection through trunk-winding and grooming the feathers of their partner's face and neck with their teeth. Related note, oily little human hands ruffling and petting the feathers on the neck feels pretty nice...

Has the timeline changed between writing this and the earlier-on stuff you wrote later, or does the runaway get impounded just as theyβre about to leave, accidentally giving Talita and Shyam more time? (Or is that spoilers?) (Also, I know you already have a lot on your plate, but if you get an itch to animate more scenes, might this one be a good candidate? π)

Structurally the lips at the end of her trunk would be closer to ours, but these two prefer to be bonking skulls together, so, teeth it is.
