The $25 Patreon donation has come up a few times now, and compared to other creators it is higher than a lot. Something everyone should keep in mind is that Patreon takes 10% off the top of all revenue generated by a creator for administration and hosting fees. On top of that, Malin lives in Sweden which has a huge tax rate so, as a self-employed person she pays around 29% in payroll taxes alone, add in the health and social taxes, she could easily have a 45% tax bill. That, accompanied with a standard 25% sales tax, she probably keeps less than half of the revenue she generates from her content, possibly even 1/3. I know this is mostly supposition, based on some very basic Internet research, and I'm NOT a Swedish accountant. Keep in mind: every met request and added improvement represents an investment on Malin's part. I'm not saying don't speak your minds, or express an opinion, just keep in mind there is also a financial impact on her part as well. One day she may have a thousand Patreons doing Yoga or looking up her skirt (or whatever), but for now the number of Patreons and generated revenue noted in the upper left corner of the screen doesn't show the whole picture.
