Monthly Lot - WIP Update

So here's some pics of what I've got going.

So above you can see the start of the Farmers Market. I'm using the tents to help layout stuff. Later I'd like to separate the canopy part to be used with craft sales tables. I ended up putting the market on this lot because it made more sense near the umbrella tables on a busy street versus the middle of the woods. I'll end up remodeling the large lot in the center of town as a park wedding venue instead.

The next 2 images are me working on Foundry Cove. I'm playing around with a couple of designs but these homes will all be Shotgun style home similar to what EA had built there. Originally we were going to vote on which home to start with but after some thought (and a thoughtful suggestion) I decided it was better for me to just go with what inspired me. I'm still adhering to results of the original poll which was to build up one neighborhood at a time but I'm building a few quick layouts first to see how they all look together in the neighborhood.

I'm trying to keep with the format EA has and keep at least 2 of these lots arounds 15,000 simoleons as starter homes, which is NOT easy. I'm going to make one of the corner lots into a multi-unit complex maybe for several single Sims. The other corner lot will be a designated cemetery for people to leave their deceased. I'm going to try my hand at making a lot trait for this that makes sims randomly sad.

We'll see where my inspiration takes me... who knows which lot(s) you'll end up lol!
