Monthly Lot - Poll & Discussion

It will be a covered outdoor market and as mentioned in my October Project Goals post, I'll be creating one stall set a month to fill this lot out.
Unfortunately, doing it that way gives you a mostly empty lot every month until all the sets are complete. Since I've always wanted to rebuild every lot in all the worlds, I thought maybe I can work on Willow Creek. It could be a neat way to solve the problem and at the same time keep everything nice and cohesive. While we wait for the Farmers Market lot to fill with stalls I can be building out the rest of the lots for Willow Creek.
I know we discussed a wedding venue at the largest lot, but all the others would be ideal candidates for homes. Residential lots, especially smaller ones can be done fairly quickly and I may even be able to complete/upload several lots in a month. Any objects made for these builds will likely be recolors, add-ons, or separated versions of stuff in game.
If you think it's a good idea, I'd like to get and idea of how you'd like me to complete them. I've already chosen some homes/floor plans that I think will go well together for each neighborhood to stay consistent with theme of Willow Creek.
If you're not really into this idea or have a better idea, please let me know in the comments below. :)

A) Fill an entire neighborhood with homes before moving onto the next.
B) Complete one home in each neighborhood at a time. Once I've finished, I repeat the same process.

Personally since you are the one doing work I think it should be based on what you want to do at the time, I know from writing and doing my own sim projects there are times when I start a project but need to stop and do something different in order to get my creative ideas back on track. In the end it matters not how or what order they are done for I love all the stuff you do. In the end you should have some say in how its done not just by a poll!
