September Lot - Discussion & Poll

Hello Again Lot-Owners!

In the most recent discussion about the previous lot, we decided to turn the neighborhood strip near the water into a neat area for your sim to spend the day preparing for their wedding.

We now have a Flower Shop & Bridal Boutique, next I'd like to add a Spa, Cake Bakery, and Park Venue for the wedding itself. The cake bakery will require quite a few new objects and recipes so I'm going to save that option to vote on until next month when I've caught up on harvestables. Here are some ideas I was tossing about for the other two lots...

Spa:

I want this to be geared toward groups of Sims wanting to spend the day together relaxing. I'm also thinking I'd like to do a natural hot springs on this lot, maybe even underground! I'd like to style the exterior as a mix between the shells you see across the street and Bourbon Street in New Orleans. This will likely be the 30x20 lot to the right of Creekside Vale.

Park:

This will be the 50x50 lot where the current park is. I originally planned to put it near the other lots but decided to save the larger lot there for the Farmers Market. For the park, I'll be building a small Colonial/Garden style house for indoor festivities, and then setup an outdoor area under a willow tree for outdoor ceremonies and dinners. This will be done to match Willow Creek surroundings & style.
