June Project - Table Settings

I was thinking I'd do a couple different categories for place settings but I really want to get some input. What I've narrowed it down to:

'Set the Table' Basic Menu Choices

Casual - Fork, Spoon, Knife
Formal - 2 Forks, Spoon, Knife
Elegant - 2 Forks, 2 Spoons, Knife, Napkin, Dessert Fork & Spoon

Each of those settings will come in white and black plate variations. I had started making one plate variation for each color in my Dishes palette, but after about 5 of them I realized the time I'd have to invest wasn't worth it. Instead, you can layer these settings with the dishes from the Table Clutter set to personalize it.

I was thinking of adding a Seasonal or Celebration menu for some specific styled settings but I really want to know what you guys think/would prefer.

I don't want to have too many sub-menus or too many options as each requires a couple of additional tunings to work, so each setting would need to be limited to 4-6 variations or colors. Check out the pics I found on Pinterest below to get an idea of what I mean.
