I really have no idea what the story would be. Are they lovers? Sorority sisters? Literal sisters? Mom and daughter? All of the above?
Is it still college-themed? Is it set at their business? At their home? Or just around town?
Are they mini-giantess size? Amazon? Fully giantess?
How is the normal protagonist dude part of their story? Or should I get rid of that character entirely?

Mother and daughter, daughter starts out normal~ size, dude dumps her or cheats on her or something, mother steps in to make her daughter grow to help her get revenge?
