Like others have said the two girls in the house are Stella and Liz the maids from UBW, they are homunculus like Illya, hence why they look similar I will say the show does have a good bit of fan service for Luvia, Rin, and the maids too so there is that to look forward to Shirou is Illya's step brother here so he was still taken in by Kiritsugu in this timeline Yeah Illya does have a crush on Shirou, it's why the show went out if it's way in the first 10 min to have Stella emphasize that Shirou was Illya's step brother lmao

Ruby calling Rin a hag because most magical girls are either elementary school aged to early high school, Rin is 17 so she's about to be an adult. Even the Sailor Moon characters are like 14 in the beginning of the series. The magical girl contract being treated as a scam because tbh, most literally are, you're literally fighting to the death with no pay lol
