Dog Dilemma

My puppy/dog Loki learned how to hunt and kill baby sheep and animals running around at night with his stray dog pack.
There was an incident one night by our house. Sheep escaped and 4 baby sheep were attacked by dogs.
I think Loki learned that night.
On our road trip, he almost killed a baby goat. We thought he was just playing and chasing….
Anyhow, Turkey is a huge agricultural nation - so livestock is everywhere. Farmers are very protective and may shoot dogs to protect their livestock.
So…For Loki’s safety, I started to chain him up to protect him…A dog who has always ran free and had freedom.
What kind of life is that??
