Hyper Fertile Mio (sketch)

I do put "(sketch)" at the end of the titles here because that's what they are, not necessarily because I'll finish them up later. Not that I won't, but I figured I'd point that out.
I don't think I have to give a reason why I drew hyper pregnant Mio.
