Right before they could leave, the two men sensed their movements and immediately grabbed their weapons. Calix and Datu Azim understood that they had to fight them so they attacked the two men before they could do something.

The woman stabbed the two in their butts and killed them... She was not proud of what she did.

Calix and Datu Azim thought the battle was over since they already killed the two men.

However, they didn't expect that more people would show up. These people looked tough, they were probably seasoned criminals.

"Intruders! There are intruders!"

One of them screamed and notified the others. Calix was confident in cleaning the scene but he knew that it was not the right thing to do. In the first place, his mission was to convince Ivy Naomi Higashikata and her mercenaries to help Dellia fight Junian.

Killing more guards/criminals would be bad since they would become their allies anyway.

So Calix thought of another plan. Run, run away, and find the Floating Castle instead.

"Huh? What are you doing, let me go!"

Calix grabbed Datu Azim and carried her on his shoulder like a sack of rice. The woman tried to protest but she saw that more guards appeared so she decided to trust Calix.

Calix caught a glimpse of the woman's moist petals but he didn't have the time to appreciate its beauty.

Instead, using his battlesuit, Calix sprinted and escaped the guards. However, some of the guards were also wearing battlesuits.

They might not be the latest version but they could still catch up on Calix who was running without direction. In the first place, Calix didn't know the terrain of this mountain so his movement was impaired.

Too bad because Calix reached a dead end. Calix stopped when he saw a deep canyon beneath him. He didn't have any place to run.

'So much for being Lucky.' He thought to himself.

"Hahaha, look at that! This guy is carrying a young girl! Hm, I love to fuck that small ass once I caught you!"

The guards showed up one by one. They numbered more than 30 people. It seemed that a lot of guards were interested in a piece of meat named Datu Azim.
