That was the first thing Toshi Densetsu muttered when she saw the woman in the water capsule. She just felt like she was her mother, was it because of the emotions she was having? She didn't know. 

Right now... Her heart was burning with hatred. 

She put her palm on the cold glass capsule and glared at the unconscious Esmeralda. 

"Why did you give birth to me? What is the purpose of my life... Why did you leave? Why did you let me suffer, my sister and brother died because of your incompetence. I hate you, I loathe you from the bottom of my heart. I hate my name, I hate the name you gave to me."

She punched the glass and it slightly cracked. Her hatred towards her mother was immense. 

"Archbishop, we already ransacked this place. Should we take this woman as well?"

Puti showed up and kneeled down. She was not the Puti of the past. She was just a shell. 

"... No. Let's leave."

"As you wish, great Archbishop."

Toshi Densetsu turned around and left Esmeralda. She felt like there was no reason to take her... Or perhaps she had another reason. 

Either way, the Council of Torment was the one responsible for Esmeralda's awakening. From another angle, the Council of Torment was connected to the founding of Dellia because they helped Esmeralda.

Behind her was the endless blizzard of snow. The snow was impossible to stop. The blizzard created an illusion of a big palace.

Marianne almost died acquiring this power. 

"Gah--!" She coughed a mouthful of blood. She already reached her limit. 

"No, I can't lose my consciousness right now. I have to erase you first."

"N- No! No! Stop! S- Stop. Yamete! Yamete Kudasai! Yamero--! Nooo--!"

Doctor Ant could transform into insects and he was impossible to kill. As long as one of the insects survives, Doctor Ant would never die. He had strong survivability as a DemiGod. 

Unfortunately, Marianne evolved and acquired an area of effect(AOE) Skill. The Mighty Ice Palace expand over 100 meters radius and everything within the area would move slowly until they became ice statues. 

Because insects had weak survivability in the cold weather, Doctor Ant was easily defeated. He didn't stand a chance against Marianne's new power. 

To make the matter worst...

There was a huge beast in the snow who wreak havoc over everything. 

Strong Aberrant showed up and Nikki faced them without fear. She was in her berserk mode and it was impossible to stop her once she rampaged. 

They even faced three Demon-God and successfully killed them through fierce struggle. Marianna and Nikki worked together just to survive. 

And now that Marianne gained a new power, their situation became much easier. 

"Insects don't have any right to tell me what I want to do."

"Nooo--!"

The blizzard blew harder and the insects freeze over the extreme weather. 

Everything around them became white. Beautiful white snow of death. 

"Haah..."

Marianne sighed a long one. She could not move anymore. Her body was not listening to her.

The snow gradually disappeared. 

When the blizzard stopped, Calix saw the statues of giant monsters all over.

Furthermore, Calix found Nikki sleeping in the snow.

After the battle was over, Nikki automatically lost her power and went to slumber. She would never stop unless all of the enemies were dealt with. At the same time, she would return to normal once the battle was over.

Just like what happened last time in the Port of Aoneon, Nikki Stringendo opened her eyes after her Tem Attribute ended. Her battlesuit was torn and she was basically naked when she woke up. 

She saw Calix carrying Marianne.

Calix bitterly said. In the end, he failed in saving Oni Chichi/Toshi Densetsu.

Nikki sensed that Calix was sad. She realized that the person he was looking for might be dead. 

In the end, the three left the Forest of Death after many struggles. They didn't face any strong Aberrants because of Calix's Luck. But they were still tired when they returned to the border. 

The zombies were still rampaging but the soldiers already subdued most of them. It wouldn't take long before the zombies were killed. 

However, the kingdom of Junian had another problem... The Cannon fired at Dellia and the neighboring countries. This might be the start of the war. A war that would gradually spread all over the world.
