The next update will begin to introduce armors and costumes (and some attack animations to show off)
Added 2020-12-03 02:50:51 +0000 UTCWith this upcoming fight being avoidable like many others in Domain, I decided now was the perfect time to also bring to life a concept I had wanted to work on for a while: Costumes! So why fight a giant, difficult monster (besides the obvious sexy reasons) if there's nothing in it for you!? Well, worry not! Defeat this Alluring Alraun and you will receive The Mauve Avenger! Not only does the gear kick Rex up a notch, but it also will allow you to change his physical appearance at the save crystal! Of course this is just a color change, and animations will not be effected by costume changes, however I intend to give multiple characters these costumes either via a shop or via rare drops as well.
The battle for this mini boss is mostly complete now as well. All the animations/attacks are done minus the game over animation, so at this point it's mostly coding/testing left to go. I'll likely be changing how pricing for things works soon as well. I'm going to add/adjust tiers depending on what you're looking for, so people who want something minor, like to design a costume for a character, can add to the game, while things like adding character's, Domains, monsters, monster girls, etc, will be adjusted according to the amount of work put in.
With that said, expect my next update here to be the ability to play test the upcoming mini boss!
