I think I just became a legit pixel artist, and it's kinda awesome
Added 2019-09-27 01:38:41 +0000 UTCStill working on my yet unnamed mermaid. Leaning towards Stella still, with the counterpart Naga being Bella. Anyway, gave her that light airbrushing and added some purple, changed her fins to pink, added the starfish, and connected her bits and bobs lol. Currently working on her boobies ^^ I'm slowly removing the bits I don't need to make it more of a shell-cover. I'll also be increasing their size at the end here, so hopefully that goes as well as I imagine. Haven't tested her in battle yet, but I've kept a close eye on her X/Y coordinates (these determine which image is called on when she moves/fights) and they should be in the right spots.
This will be my most in-depth character so far. I plan on making one or two more sprite sheets for her. The extra sheets will have her capturing Rex's new partner in chapter 2 via an unbirth/lower mouth vore thing. So as you fight her, you'll see your ally kicking half-way inside or all the way inside. Once your partner is all the way inside, I think I found a really unique way to show her as "full" while also having a cut-in of your partner struggling right next to her. Honestly, if I pull this off, it will likely change the way this whole game plays out in a really cool way. XD
