All we get is very little but moments like the scene in the bar and Max’s death scene and a few other small things that only implies heavy or lightly that he is. Until it’s confirmed confirmed directly then it remains as a theory though I again agree that he is.

It wasn't that he felt like he disrespected Max, it was just that not only was there no place for relationship/happiness, every thing he was doing had to be cold calculating. He knew dealing with the cartel the first time, they knew how to "get" to him. He had to remove that element and no moment of weakness was acceptable. There were two times Gustavo was at his weakest: 1. When Max was killed 2. When he was outsmarted by Lalo A third would of been his downfall.

2023-12-10 18:21:32 +0000 UTCTrue that it was a lie, but I don’t know if it was the worst thing, since he was already gone and only solidified the possibility that Howard had a personal addiction or problem that nobody knew about which led to his unfortunate passing. It’s certainly untrue but at least it lends credence to the possibility that he kept a secret and that it wasn’t anybody’s fault. This would give the grieving wife a certain sense of closure and peace of mind that it wasn’t her fault and that he wasn’t a victim of a crime. The lie kept her from digging any further and possibly putting her in the crosshairs of anyone else who might do harm to her, just like Marghereite was lied to, told to return immediately to the United States after flying over from Germany, and then given a false story afterwards, all in order to spare her life.

But yeah I can agree with The Bear season 2 was soooo good, never cared to watch Succession but if they watch it, I'd give it a go.

I'm sure there's people that can watch it over and over. It just didn't hit that way for me. And I couldn't get into Dexter at all the sister character was the only one who I really liked. I didn't like the narrating at all. That doesn't mean it's a bad show. It just wasn't for me. I'm glad you are all enjoying it. I'm just really ready to have some content to watch. The only thing I can watch on here are the film uploads so I feel like I'm missing out. Anyway, hope you have a good night

2023-12-09 08:50:37 +0000 UTCThe reason Gus left before the man returned in that scene is because he was beginning to feel like he was disrespecting Max's memory/somehow being unfaithful ( yes, even though he's deceased ) through that brief moment of fondness/affection. He was clearly in a flirtatious conversation and, being that he's consumed by vengeance and heartache, it's no wonder he cut himself off in that moment.

I think if they do sons of anarchy which is an amazing show don't get me wrong other than they are doing everything all the other reactors have done. Not to say that's a bad thing but these two seem to do things. Most other channels don't. Plus succession is amazing. Or maybe even The Bear that works be freaking amazing. Like it’s been just a couple of months and Saul is a wanted man for his connection with Walter’s crimes. He’s got a huge reward offer on his head and may be the most wanted person in the country. That’s why Gene is in a constant state of either paranoia or disassociation. He freaked out when the cab driver ID’d him at the mall because he easily could have called the cops and gotten the reward money. He was so freaked that he called the vacuum repair guy and almost paid $250k to disappear to somewhere else. But he decided to “take care of it” himself. That’s what he was doing with Jeffy. Getting him off his back. Like he said at the end, he set them up for mutually assured destruction. So if Jeffy decides to turn Gene in, Gene will rat on Jeffy so that he’ll go to prison too.

2023-12-09 01:27:26 +0000 UTCThere is actually a theory that Gus is actually gay and he hides it because he’s in the cartel so he visits the wine bar (Don’t actually know what they’re called) so he gives himself small times to talk to men or the man he likes so he can feel some form of genuine happiness. Also that scene with Mike and Nachos dad is dope because Mike is just on the other side of morality. Mike calls justice killing the Salamanca’s, Nachos dad says it’s not justice but revenge. Also they don’t directly say it and i’m sure you figured it out but Saul got the black book from the vet hence his connections and “let justice be done though the heavens fall” is what chuck used to say.

That was because of the events of breaking bad, once he was found out to be involved with Walter and his drug empire… everything of his got seized. Nothing in this show is leads to that event. It’s the events in breaking bad that causes that.
