An egg cream is a diner style drink consisting of milk, club soda, and Fox's U-Bet chocolate syrup, or vanilla. There is no egg in it, but it hearkens back to malt soda style drinks and stuff from the early 20th century.

Gloria told him when they met, she killed 7 relationships, but Tony is letting his dick do the thinking. The situation with Ralph. Ralph should be ok as long as he keeps respecting Tony. The thing with Meadow and Jackie. Carmello's questioning her relationship with Tony. Furio is a handy man to have around to help people realize they should respect their elders.

It’s mean to laugh, but it’s so funny! Also, the title references Ralphie rising up to the capo position. Fun fact: The original episode aired on Easter Sunday.

He said he wouldn’t take her money because it’s blood money, and she shouldn’t take any of the money either, and use it because she will be complicit if tony goes down. Everything they own is paid for with all that, so he said “take nothing but the remaining kids.” And said “you can’t say you haven’t been told.” To wake her up to the reality of her situation. She was lying there when tony got home because she was depressed. She made her choice to continue that life and NOT leave. So she said “you have to do something nice for me today. I want the money for the donation.” Because she made the choice to continue the status quo.
