That said, you should seriously consider watching "Monster" It essentially tackles that core concept in which you discussed, but throughout an entire 74 episode run. Effectively challenging the viewer to interpret the multi-layered nuances of what differentiates a human and a monster; and how when push comes to shove, both states of being exist co-dependently -- shifting in and out of one's sub-consciousness, via psychologically influenced trauma and circumstance. (specifically in terms of the deliberate, deep-rooted indoctrination of children conducted by malicious adults... so yeah, extremely heavy shit) In other words... just imagine the psychological and emotional depth of Takopi, but extended by an additional 68 episodes, with a cast of characters 5 times the size. I suppose I should also mention, that as a series, Monster contains ZERO elements of supernatural or phantasmal intervention in its story. It's just raw human nature on full display. You'll witness the most sickening acts of evil, and the most inspiring acts of good battling tooth and nail against each other. Simply put, it is probably as close to objective perfection as a story can get. (along with Vinland and Berserk) With all that in mind, I promise you Nick, Monster is 100% worth your time. (and whether you watch it on camera or off camera, ultimately makes no difference) P.S. if you do choose to react to Monster and commit to uploading it, I would unironically upgrade to your Colossal Titan Tier for a whole year out of pure respect, lmao
