Sadly the anime is way too condensed, but the LN brings much more to Sara’s character giving her a backstory and motives. But above all, her relationship with Rudy doesn’t end on something bitter. She actually learns from Elise that Rudy’s impotence his due to past trauma. Sara then feels terrible for shaming him and swears to apologize when they cross paths again.
