Liebes va is fuckin elite in this show. Him and dekus voice ls breaking while theyre screaming is so goddamn good. Theyre supposed to be teenagers and it just makes it feel so believable. Hearing izawa after just binging black clover in like 5 days, all i hear is captain yami now lol...and i couldnt be happier.

But when you have a genuine reaction like this episode, we can tell how much ur enjoying it.

Imagine that, the top hero that you've admired your whole life, and you think YOU are the one that ended his career? And the way the VA said it was perfection, like he still has that angry Bakugo voice but it was almost a whisper, which is hard to do. I'm so glad you finally got to this episode! And lets not forget the animation though. Man do I love when there were some shots of them with a completely black background with Bakugo's explosion in his hand or Deku with the electricity around him. So beautiful, I can watch that on a loop!!

This ep really opens the floor for why he feels the way he does, why it can be damaging for a child to grow up thinking they alone are the best/"gifted", and is, over all, just the starting line for him. Can't wait for you to see where he goes from here, and the rest of the show so far!

He was always used to being fawned over for his powers, for being a quirk prodigy, literally, but Deku noticed those qualities before anyone else, this gets deeper and deeper as the series progresses, but man, I love these two. the "the image of victory that I have is of you" line??? GET OUT OF HEREEEE, peak as always.
