I think y'all already doing the best thing for your channel's growth which is wacthing at least one current anime. The second thing you can do is to do regular uploads, at least one video a day. I don't think you need to do 2 episodes a video for Naruto as long as you ulpoad at least 7 reactions a week like you said, it should work just fine. Also, definitely skip the fillers!

I'm not trying to be negative or anything but I found you guys on YT when you started Tower of God and I thought it was really weird for the amount of time between episode 4 and 5 so I checked your patreon link and saw y'all were almost caught up with the series. Just saying it's hard for people to follow/check back on YT when there's long upload gaps. That said I think Naruto or One Piece will be good for the youtube algorithm.

ALSO, Attack on Titan is coming within half a year which should hopefully be a huge boost. Besides that maybe you should tackle more series (even if it's not your thing) to get a "broader/wider/more numerous" audience at ONE single time. I'm sure you've been looking into this though. All the best

I think it's also a matter of posting ASAP, I know you both have your own lives but I think some people looking for reactions will watch the episode on release and then look ASAP for a reaction and if you're not on top it could be hard. Also I don't have a channel so I can't put any weight in my advice, but I think if you add some contrast to the thumbnail to your faces, it could help - a lot of people really look at the facial expressions in the thumbnail to click into a vid. I like that at some point you started putting the "patreon notice" early on in the videos though. One Piece/Naruto def feel like more bulk upload types of things. Another thing is, I know it's sacrilegious (lol) but you should consider reacting to some hot topic trailers or even collections of OPs for views. It's kinda baity because you might never watch the shows but idk, it's a consideration. All the best, I'd vote One Piece but it's tough because both Naruto and One Piece get hella dragged out. most people are recommended to watch Naruto Kai or One Pace to get the non-filler version but you'd have to work that out on how to sell those on youtube

I ain't tryna knock nobody, ya'll one of my favorite reaction channels. But consistency might be your problem with gaining views on Youtube. Starting Champloo 3 months ago and being on Ep 5 barely, Yu Yu ain't been uploaded in 3 weeks. I know ya'll said that's cause of the Rona, All I'm saying is usually when I get to a channel like that I'd assume at face value that they don't upload regularly and that would keep me from subscribing or even checking out their patreon in the first place. You'd def need to do consistent uploading or like how others do it by viewing 2-3 episodes at the same time and just upload all that as one big video. But the views for OP should hopefully be good and pick up more steam on ya'll channel again!

Naruto if my favorite anime of all time, but one piece is a close second. I do think you can’t go wrong with either. On top of that even though I love naruto more, one does have one of my favorite anime characters of all time in zoro. There’s great moment in both and lots of feels. At the end of the day if I had to pick one for them it would be one piece because I believe since it’s still on going and on such a hype arc that more people would sub for one piece.

Much respect, guys. Naruto is lit in its own way and I've seen a few channels taking the journey so I'm down, but OP is still ongoing in comparison I will say, and the current arc is VERY hyped and some are also taking the journey for the first time. Also no shade but another channel I followed is on OP now and they do not have as welcoming or fun a vibe as you two do. You could rake up some of the disgruntled viewers from that fall out by picking it up because I know ya'll would genuinely love the show. OP's fillers are easier to digest as well. Much love and I hope more people hop on the league of legends train because ya'll are the truth. I'll spread the word, myself.

Here's my thoughts: 1. This show is long unless you skip filers but some are important. 2. The pacing is horrendous sometimes nothing happens besides exposition. 3. The fan base is toxic, lots of youngins with no patience (they ask for more eps daily) other than that I'm actually excited for this series, it has some fire moments but takes it's time getting there. The reason why classic anime like Samurai champloo and others don't get the views is because most anime watchers these days are young. They only care about recent anime like MHA. That's my opinion. It's a damn shame older anime gets treated this way. OP doesn't really appeal to me but if that's what you guys want to do, go for it.

Its hard to get views on YouTube for reactions unless you are a girl or post something that is new and super hyped or that has a massive Fandom like naruto and one piece and Jojo and you post those consistently. Like you post 2-3 naruto episodes on YouTube every Monday, Thursday, Sunday which makes 6-9 episodes a week.
