Nen has the potential to do almost anything imaginable. And this is why battles can be tricky. Zeno was reading into Chrollo's mind with ease due to his knowledge and intelligence. Chrollo was trying to intercept in such a way, that wont leave him open for Silva. Their intelligence and creativity is what makes them so strong. You'll see exactly what I'm talking about as the show goes on
