The rumble of the boats engine goes silent as the captain stops here. It's a warm day, the sun beams down on the glistening waters all around you. The boat rocks gently in the water, a soft swaying that you can feel as you put the flippers on your feet. As you make the final checks on your diving gear the captain steps down to the deck, leaving the wheel to check on you. He lights another cigarette as he assesses you, still not quite believing you're going through with this. Then he looks up at the abandoned oil rig in the distance. He takes a long drag on his cigarette then breathes out a plume of smoke "You're sure you don't want me to take you closer? It's a long swim missy" He says in his gruff tone. He walks over to the side and taps some ash into the ocean then inhales more smoke as you reply "No. They'd see the boat coming. But hopefully they wont see me beneath the water."
You make a another check of your oxygen tank before slipping the straps round your shoulders and tightening it to your back. Then you stand and zip up your dark blue swimsuit, it's a little tight to your body so you left the zip lowered on the ride out here, but now it's time to go. You conceal your cleavage, packing your breasts within the thick rubber. It's so tight because you bought anything you could find in the fishing town. You went scuba diving a few times on holiday's as a girl, and you're pretty sure you remember how to do this.
