One Piece - About Rayleigh and the War...

After all, I'm at Shakky's bar at the moment with them talking about the war. My question is, should Rayleigh participate in this war? Wouldn't it be an insult to both Garp and Newgate for Rayleigh to show up on the battlefield, not to mention that he has no connection with Ace...? Should I put Rayleigh in the war or not?
