Personal Work - Study WIP
Added 2022-02-01 06:00:35 +0000 UTCI started getting into miniature room boxes at the beginning of last year when the pandemic stress was really getting to me, and the first box I started is Dracula themed~ I haven't shared it because I wanted to keep it as something for myself for awhile, I have a lot of things left that I want to do with it, and since it's my first it's also got a lot of my learning experiences in it so I might go back and change things. Today though, after a year, I finally got these two assembled and then took some test snaps of them, and this filter kinda made me happy, so I decided to share~
They're both 1/12 scale (6 inches tall); Jonathan's body/suit is Dumbledore's from FB, which I was super sure was a bootleg when I bought it because it was really cheap, but then I got it and the packaging all looks pretty official so now I'm mad that I might've given JKR money :( So I keep googling trying to figure out whether this company actually bought a license for this figure and lowkey looking for a different suit. Dracula is a frankenstein of off brand parts and clothes. Their heads are 3d printed with paint jobs by me, during which I discovered that painting faces this scale is really dang hard ;o; Glad I'm not into 1/24!
Eventually I'll share pics in color and more of the room itself, when I finish a bit more of it :)

Between this and the “Mini-Con”, I love that you are trusting of us enough to show us more of your creative work. Few things are scarier for a creative than putting something out into the world for it to be judged by others. So thank you for being willing to do so time and time again. This is looking great, so keep it up! And also, 1000+ for not supporting JKR. We stan even more! 😉
