Prompt - Redshirt42: Original Horror/Halloween: I think I suggested this last year. I'd like to see some historical horror. I'm thinking McFarlane's Monsters historical range meets the Lore podcast. The historical figure with reference to the monster they inspired. Give me a vampyr Vlad the Impaler or Elizabeth Bathroy, an undead/otherworldly voodoo priestess Marie Laveau, or my personal favourite, the mad monk Rasputin with his mystical sorcery.
She did steal the young women, took them from their impoverished homes, from the men who saw them as property, as walking wombs, as footstools to boost them into higher tiers of society through marriages they were not given the dignity to object or consent to... Yes, she took them, but what she actually did with them, these pathetic mortal men would never understand...
I'm still really not big into f/f UNLESS they're period-clothed vampire women for some reason ^^; So the Bathory suggestion pinged with me lol~
