If your computer is autofilling the address for you, there is a chance it's not including the city, state, and zip code info! I've gotten a few submissions with only the street and address number!
If you lost your edit link, please feel free to ask me (comment or DM) if your info is all there. I'll try to send a message to the folks affected later this month if the rest of the info isn't added before then.
Sorry about that! I hoped it was just a weird fluke last time and whatever was causing it would've been fixed. I'll have to consider how to change my field structure next time to avoid this issue again.

The edit link is a little tiny link that appears when you complete the form, so it's very easy to miss!
