I heard from my publisher that they're getting a lot of notes asking where their books are, and so maybe some folks didn't realize it was a preorder; the books came in last weekend and YR started shipping after Wondercon, and are continuing to ship this week. Some of you are already getting them and the rest of you should get them soon!
