After seeing your Q/Picard art, I was struck by this beautiful idea of an AU with Will as Picard, annoyed and suspicious of the omnipotent Hannibal (Q) who takes an almost obsessive fondness for the captain. I keep imagining the scene where Q is leaning over Picard’s shoulder, eyes trained on his face while whispering in his ear but Hannigram.
