The problem for Rimuru is that he is a sexless slime in every sense of the word, he might have Shuna and Shion fawning over him but actually having anything more than a platonic relationship with them is complicated. That aside just some clarification though I don't think it's really needed. Kaede and Hakuro, who was still nameless back then, got together consummated their love, when they split up Kaede was already carrying Momiji in her womb unbeknownst to Hakuro and she continued to do so for centuries before giving birth to her just 15 years ago. High ranking monster/Majin and higher Demi-humans have some control over their reproduction, another example of that is that women generally only get pregnant if they want to/they can magically protect themselves from unwanted pregnancies. With those high ranking monsters there are two ways to have children, the normal way that is simply letting life take it's course just like with humans and animals. The child born would inherit some of the parents abilities but start out weak as normal children are and would have to build themselves up from there. This way only saps a small amount of power and doesn't pose a risk as long as they don't overdo it. Then there is the "let's do it for real" version, which Momiji is, where the parents imbue their child with all of their skills, leading them to be born powerful. This way saps the parents power and potentially even their lifespan. If it's not too bad they can recover from that with enough time but in Kaede's case, with the the double burden of also naming her daughter in that weakened state right after her birth, she gave Momiji most of her power and lost it for good. She assumed Hakuro was long dead by now since Ogres usually have an average lifespan of 100 years, Hakuro is over 300 by now. Well with the Ogres evolution into Kijin their lifespans increased a lot to over 1000 years. Also once they became Oni with Rimurus ascension to demon lord they became a closer to a spiritual lifeform attaining nigh-unlimited life spans.
