Interesting thing is Iskahn/Champion didn't actually break through the seal of the left eye, before he had the chance to do so he just removed it's symptoms. He didn't become an A.L.I.C.E like Eugeo and Alice did. He is still compelled to follow the law of power, there just is no pain induced forced compliance anymore. If he were to heal his eye the symptoms would come right back though.
