Remember one of them chopped one of the lowborn's arms off and then they decided to rush them. This could also be seen as Aemond's revenge on Aegon's friends because they also saw him naked at the whore house and where witness to Aegon making fun of him.

She was the one who spied on Rhaenyra and Daemon then sent her little birds [The kid she gets money from] to report to Otto. She then was the main figure in Ottos spy network for years while Rhaenyra was at court and that was what Larys told Alicent in episode 9 of Season 1. That is also why Daemon got mad and called her a traitor for selling secrets to Otto for years during episode 1 or 2 of this season.

2024-07-31 23:19:42 +0000 UTCWhen Rhaenyra said "You are my heir" the first thing I thought of was that Viserys said the same thing. And look what happened. Giving these ppl dragons, the biggest ones at that, is a double edge sword. If either of them believed that after Rhaenyra's death, they were the rightful heirs, another civil war would rise. She chose to believe in these randoms instead of Daemon who has always been loyal to Viserys and her. Yes he has problems. Yes he wanted the throne. But he has never once plotted to overthrow Viserys nor Rhaenyra. Lets not forget at one time he had Caraxes and Vhagar (from Laena) and the idea of rebellion never crossed his mind even though he possessed two of the most powerful dragons. He is more complex than a second son who wants the throne. His love for his family contradicts that desire and arguably is stronger. As we can see from his visions how much he regrets not being by his brother's side due to his own personality issues.
