I'd just like to say just keep in mind that the quirk All For One forced on his "quirkless" younger brother was the ability to stockpile power. One For All is the quirk that formed when that stockpile quirk fused with the younger brothers actual quirk (which was effectively useless at the time) of being able to pass on his quirk. Point being that One For All keeps getting stronger and stronger with every user it's given to. Hope this is info you guys find useful to remember!!

It's the law enforcement agency responsible for managing the interactions between heroes and society. While also investigating the most dangerous cases of criminality. They've been there throughout the series. Even showed up briefly in the 2nd My Hero movie. They're the ones that issue the Hero Licensing Exams
