When the other kids called her, I thought it was the same name as the assistant, I'm glad I was right aha As for Silco, it does seem like the majority of the people working at the warehouses are either children or people addicted to shimmer. With Shimmer and a combination of other sciences he was able to keep Rio alive, yes Rio is not dead in there. Hextech combined with Shimmer could possibly keep Rio alive without having to be attached to anything? 🤔🤔 Idk I personally dont think there is any villains in this, all just bad choices. Silco has a good intention of wanting to be free just like Vander but ofc he just didn’t go through with it in a good way. Vander was satisfied with a fake peace that he had created and gave up on trying to truly be fully free
