This method will and be using for the upcoming polls:
- If the same character is suggested by more than 2 patrons, gets greater chance to be selected!
- Secondly, "Same Character suggested by more than 2 different tier patrons, will be auto set as suggested by one with the highest tier. If won, gets related tier's reward"
- Lastly, "Same character suggested by more than 2 patrons, and one of their tier is LV.MAX tier. The character will also be auto set as suggested by LV.MAX tier. If this happens, the bonus of "Re-suggest new Character" won't be valid!
