Since there's only one 15$ tier character, and also won the poll. So, after a conversation with patrons on my Discord, and the confirmation of the winner character's suggester. The Winner, [YuGiOh! GX - Alexis/Asuka], will win $15 tier reward instead. Therefore, the second highest votes wins the public poll.
