Some fun things you might’ve missed that you’ll notice on rewatches: There’s some scenes where she’ll down her water, but in the next shot it’s like she never touched it During Gemma’s first morning with Skye she says hello to her mother, but she doesn’t respond. Her mother and everyone else never ever actually acknowledges that Gemma is even around the entire time A theory some people have is that Alfredo was never real and that little girl was actually the weirdly obsessed fan The teleprompter never froze, it was just in Skye’s head Notice how in the beginning Louis says at one point “Skye, when tf did you get here??” Even though we just saw him freak out and pull a sword on her when she first arrived? Yeah, everything before that was a completely different reality to him The Director says that there is a very specific moment in the movie when reality stops, but he hasn’t revealed what that is This movie also tells the tale of societal pressures that are put upon public figures. Things like her mother pushing for the tour despite her daughter very clearly being unwell or Skye ending up on stage in the outfit she didn’t want to wear at the end
